Ethiopian MPs' boycott over ethnic unrest
MPs from Ethiopia's Amhara and Oromia regions have boycotted parliament. They say there is no point in parliament meeting until Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn gives an explanation for ongoing ethnic unrest in the country.
Why would MP's from Amhara and Oromia and not those from Somali and Tigrai-
at the very least boycott parliament? This news looks fishy!" ይቺ ልቅሶ ክፍየሉዋ በላይ ነዉ!" Has BBC sensed things are coming to an end thus trying to move the playing field to parliament? Otherwise if it is about the killing all Ethiopians are bleeding! Did BBC report the recent mass killing of Somali Ethiopians?

Former Facebook executive: social media is ripping society apart
A former Facebook executive has said he feels tremendous guilt over his work on tools that are ripping apart the social fabric of how society works, joining a growing chorus of critics of the social media giant...
Ethiopia is certainly facing the "ripping apart" effect of this social media tool! The youth is totally consumed by it and evil forces are making sure the youth is reading their hateful messages and fake news that magnifies the diversity not the unity! Time for the government to think hard how to tackle such effect on its own instead of waiting for Facebook to come up with a better tool. The government must save the youth now, not tomorrow!
