Do Egypt and Sudan have anything in common anymore?

UNCTAD Report that shows a remarkable FDI flow into Ethiopia
According to UNCTAD Investment Report 2017 "FDI flows to Africa continued to decline in 2016." However, according to the report, Ethiopia is attracting more inflows than ever before. In doing so Ethiopia stood out to become one of the largest recipients of FDI in the continent posting strong and record growth (up 46 per cent to $3 billion) and became the second largest LDC host economy, up from the fifth position in 2015.

Ethiopian economy will be Africa's most expansive in 2017 – World Bank forecast
The World Bank says Ethiopia’s economy will be the most expansive on the continent for the year 2017 followed by Tanzania, Ivory Coast and Senegal in that order. This view by the global finance outfit was contained in their Global Economic Prospect report released this month.
Such growth forecast is good news for any country but Ethiopia needs to grow by 15% or more to meet its higher goal and at least by 11% to meet its base goal! The government must not feel complacent by this news! The growth since PM Meles died has not been too encouraging to meet the goal of reaching middle income earner country in 2025!
